Originally from South Africa, I have lived across the United States, including Kansas City, Missouri, Virginia, and now Texas. Having navigated multiple corporate relocations, I understand the complexities of moving, especially when prioritizing schools and communities. These experiences have given me deep empathy and insight, allowing me to guide clients through their transitions with care and expertise.

As the Buyer Specialist on the Lippincott Team, I focus on helping clients find the right home and community for their lifestyle. My top specialties include new construction, first-time home buyers, and couples downsizing. I try to bring a calm, educational approach to each step of the process for my clients.

Before becoming a realtor, I worked in new home sales, helping buyers through the process of building and purchasing new construction homes. This experience provided valuable knowledge in home design, construction quality, and builder negotiations. I now use these insights to help clients make informed decisions, whether buying a new build or an existing home.

My husband and I, along with our three daughters, including identical twins, call Bridgeland home. We love the beautiful trails and strong sense of community, spending as much time outdoors as possible. I proudly specialize in the surrounding areas of Bridgeland, Cypress, Hockley, and Tomball, giving my clients hyper-local expertise and neighborhood insight.
